    • Go and tell someone who cares. It is called an accident u idiot. His family would do what any other family would to protect there own. Shut ur mouth and know your place u piece of shit.

      • ^ Only your second and third sentence have minimal valid points.
He is a journalist reporting facts… the only thing your showing the world it that you can type the word “shit” and not have autocorrect step in. Congratulations, it’s not an easy feat!

      • reply to B, another grub shooting off his big mouth , if it was your mother or sister you`d still be wailing and crying, typical of your kind, no compassion and no brains. and talking of shit, shit for brains covers you perfectly you dick.

    • Were you there? Maybe he should ask how the victim is doing, maybe stop pretending he was the victim. James Malouf’s family chucked him out, so he did a dummy spit. He nearly killed someone, but it got his family’s attention back. The whole family is responsible. And Bill Malouf, the big “philanthropist” but only when it suits his interest.

  1. What is offensive here, is the fact that this woman is left struggling – physically and financially – through no fault of her own. I cannot understand why father, Bill Malouf, hasn’t bothered to extend some support, or at the very least, enquire about this woman’s well being. It’s not like you can’t afford it! Instead, you’re eating lobster on a yacht. Shame on you Bill Malouf! Through your son’s negligence, a lifetime of pain, disfigurement and struggle have been inflicted upon this innocent woman and you do nothing.
What type of a man are you? Shame! Shame! Shame!

    • What’s offensive is how dumb you people think that this lady just walked away from an accident with no financial support. It’s called insurance you shit. Same rules if anyone of imbecile’s hit the lady she would be covered. That’s why we take out insurance. U shit imbecile’s. you shits

      • B the cowardly Malouf family supporter, to afraid to print it’s name, using abuse instead of facts, is showing us all that the scum bag spoilt brat is still hiding behind ‘helpers. Here’s a fact, the incident was no accident; Malouf caused it by taking his eyes and mind away from the task of operating a machine, thus operating in a dangerous manner.
Karma will get the pathetic gobshite one day.

      • Personal Injury covered by Compulsory Third Party in NSW is an adversarial system. Most people injured in a car accident can claim some medical costs, up to $5000 initially, and more if you can prove you need further treatment. Because of decades of allegations of systematic CTP fraud in Western Sydney the system was reformed and continues to be closely and carefully administered. It is very hard to be eligible for a settlement, and even if you get a financial settlement, your costs come out of that amount. Sometimes lost wages can be claimed, but we don’t know if this lady was working at that time. There is no certainty that this woman would qualify for a settlement, and what is certain is she would have to pay back most of it in the massive medical and legal costs incurred during her lengthy hospital treatment and recovery. It is important to get good legal advice if you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident in NSW.

  2. That poor lady what happened to her dog? Was it ok?Did it die? He didn’t even get a fine. Nothing. They should do something to make up for what he did. It’s not too late. If this was the olden days in the village and you did something to someone, you would make up for hurting them. It shows you are sorry. They didn’t do that, they looked after their son and did nothing for the lady he hurt. That’s against the culture and tradition. It’s wrong. When you hurt someone you show you are sorry by asking to help. You take responsibility you don’t run away. Even if the son was too ashamed or afraid to face her the father should have helped him to act like a man.

  3. Like Ray Hadley’s son, a cocaine buying copper, James Malouf used the mental health tactic in court to try to avoid the justice that regular people have to face. These rich kids might learn their lesson if they weren’t constantly bailed out by their families who are influence peddlers and rich and powerful enough to get the best justice money can buy. Using ‘mental health’ to avoid responsibility is shameful. Deliberately driving your car into pedestrians is shameful too yet amazingly Bill Malouf manages to make it all to go away. Not even a fine. And all that money spent on saving his spoiled son from prison and not a thought for the victim. What a man. And then James Gargasoulas is charged with driving through the Bourke Street Mall and killing 6 people and injuring 30. What makes a man get in his car and do this?

    • Its criminal, could not have said it better myself, hadley`s son ,if convicted deserves jail because he was a serving police officer and so does this spoilt over privileged arsehole who could have killed this innocent woman, she should get legal advice and sue the arse of him, its an open and shut case as he`s admitted liability and a large cash settlement will go a long way in helping her in the future.

  4. Ray Hadley’s son did better than James Malouf. He got the the Section 32 Mental Health diversion. But cocaine is nothing compared to driving your car at people crossing the road and nearly killing someone. James Malouf and anyone else who drives into a crowd of people should be locked up. They are either mentally ill, or criminal. No other choices. Using a car as a weapon should not be different from bashing someone with a bat. He assaulted a person using his car as a weapon, deliberately driving into a pedestrian. Cars as weapons. Paris, Charlottesville, London, and there they treat it as terrorism and attempted murder. How is James Malouf not in jail for this?
