RENEGADE RADIO: March 23, 2021

On this week’s episode of Renegade Radio we look into the growing rape and misogyny scandals surrounding Federal Parliament and Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton’s decision to deport a 15-year-old kid back to New Zealand. We welcome our very first live studio guest in the form of novelist and lawyer, Miles Hunt, who joins us to discuss his latest novel, The Information Editor. We also feature an in-depth interview with Dr Monica Barratt, from RMIT’s Social and Global Studies Centre and one of Australia’s leading experts on drug use, and discuss moves by the Federal Government to give $15 million to a number of trials looking at the effectiveness of psychedelic drugs such as MDMA, LSD, Psilocybin and Ketamine to treat mental health issues. With your hosts Serkan Ozturk and Gary Johnston.
